begin in the Newsroom on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 1, at 1:00 p.m.

At the meeting, all media registrants will pick up their badges and a copy of the Program book upon arrival at the Newsroom. Abstract books will also be available for registrants who did not receive one in the mail before the meeting.
