Organization for Human Brain Mapping's 11th Annual Meeting

Explosive growth and dramatic new findings continue to characterize the field of functional brain imaging - the method by which brain activity can be observed in awake, behaving organisms, including human beings. The latest developments in this field will be presented at the annual meeting of the Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, June 12-16, 2005. This is the primary meeting at which brain imaging researchers throughout the world present their most recent and exciting findings.

The full span of neuroscience applications will be covered, ranging from research on neuroanatomy, emotion, memory, motor behavior, perception, imaging, modeling, cognition, language to clinical research on brain disorders such as schizophrenia and Alzheimer's Disease. In addition to nearly 1600 poster presentations, four member-initiated symposia and six keynote lectures preceding paper platform sessions, the meeting will include a special plenary lecture by Dr. Pasko Rakic.

The full meeting program and abstracts are now available on our website at www.humanbrainmapping.org
