USP Annual Scientific Meeting

USP's Annual Scientific Meeting will be held September 27 September 30 at the Hotel del Coronado, CA. Topics for this year's meeting will include; analytical validation and verification of compendial methods, biologics and biotechnology derived therapies, dietary supplements, excipients and making the USP-NF work for you.

The USP Annual Scientific Meeting is your opportunity to directly contribute to USP's standards-setting processes. Through interaction with USP's scientific staff and Council of Experts, you will help establish standards-setting priorities for the organization and help shape the quality requirements that you must, by law, follow.

The USP Annual Scientific Meeting 2005 is approved for up to 14.5 hours or 1.45 continuing education credits (CEUs) for pharmacists, through Extension Services in Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy, which is accredited by ACPE. (ACPE numbers: 073-999-079-L04 through 073-999-05-081-L04). Pharmacists must complete a program evaluation to receive CEUs. Statements of credit will be mailed within one month of the meeting.
