The Congress will bring together nearly 2,500 neurologists, basic scientists and other movement specialists from 30 countries, providing an unparallel international forum for the discussion of movement disorders.

In addition, Ms. Janet Reno is scheduled to speak on perspectives related to research efforts, treatment and management options for Parkinson's disease, during the Opening Ceremony of the Congress on Sunday, November 10.

Members of the media may register without charge for the Congress. A media room with interview space, computers, modem lines, telephones and facsimile services will be available on-site for members of the media.

If you would like a preliminary program, registration form or have questions about the Congress, visit The Movement Disorder Society Web site at www.movementdisorders.org, or contact Jennifer Paap, Director of Meetings, at jpaap@movementdisorders.org or call, +1 414-276-2145.
