Spotlight session on pseudophakic IOLs to be held at AAO's annual meeting

SAN FRANCISCO The American Academy of Ophthalmology will offer a session titled "Spotlight on Pseudophakic IOLs 2003: Where Are We Now? Where Are We Going?" at its Annual Meeting, Monday, November 17, 2003, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Center Arena of the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, Calif.

This cataract spotlight program will focus on the evolution of intraocular lenses, evidence-based studies on IOL materials and designs, challenging cases, complications, refractive applications and innovations for the future. Thirty-four leading cataract and refractive surgeons, including the "Father of Phaco," Dr. Charles D. Kelman, will make presentations during this session.
