USA: Dr Ethel Siris, National Osteoporsis Foundation President, IOF Board Member

USA: Peggy Fleming, Olympic Gold Medalist and former World Champion Figure Skating

UK: Baroness Julia Cumberlege, former UK Health Minister, prominent osteoporosis advocate

Led by Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan, these prominent women from around the world will call for action by government policy makers, health professionals and individual women themselves to fight the silent epidemic of osteoporosis.

Says Daniel Navid, IOF Chief Executive Officer, "Osteoporosis is one of the world's most common diseases in post-menopausal women, yet data show that it is severely under-recognized, under-diagnosed and under-treated."
