Mayo Clinic researchers develop new treatment for incurable recurring form of adult brain cancer

s now under way will test the combination of CCI-779 with radiation therapy in patients who have newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme. They will also test CCI-779 in combination with other targeted therapies in patients with recurrent cases of glioblastoma multiforme.
