US Surgeon General's Family History Initiative

2:30 p.m. EASTERN, Tues., Nov. 15 Boston Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) will host a national press conference to discuss the second year of the U.S. Surgeon General's Family History Initiative and will introduce an updated version of the "My Family Health Portrait" web-based tool designed to help families gather their health information. BWH, 15 Francis Street, Carrie Hall.

Reporters may also take part in the news conference via telephone by dialing 1-877-931-3478 and entering the participant code 738275 followed by the pound key (#).
